  • Philippa Made jewelry is made-to-order by Greta in Toronto, ON. Due to being a one-woman-show, you can expect your piece(s) to ship within 7-10 business days of placing your order, with hopes that it will be sooner!

  • For now, Philippa Made ships within Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and a handful of European countries ~ with hopes to expand soon.

    From the time of shipment, orders within Canada can be expected to arrive within 7-12 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships out. International customers can expect a bit longer due to international shipping times.

    A note about US orders:

    Due to the new laws around duties between the US and Canada, US orders will be paused starting on August 27th through the end of September. We will be accepting US orders again after September 29th. If you are from Canada or Europe, shipping will remain the same and we will be accepting orders as usual. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these new rules as a small business based in Toronto.

  • Unfortunately, as a small business, I am not able to replace or refund stolen packages. If you are worried about a parcel being taken, I would highly suggest having your order sent to a P.O. Box, rather than your personal address.

    If your package was lost, I am happy to provide the necessary information for you to file a claim. If it cannot be found, I will do my best to make the situation right.
